Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Our prices are in British Pounds but we also accept the equivalent in US Dollars personal checks and Euro cheques drawn on an Irish bank, or International Bank Drafts/Money Orders. We accept most major credit/debit cards, if you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or via our on-line bookstore. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

We are unable to accept payment via PayPal.

We sell and accept BOOK TOKENS.
Shipping And Handling All orders are usually dispatched 2nd class mail in the UK and Royal Mail Printflow to other countries. Please allow about four weeks for delivery to such places as the USA and Australia. When requesting airmail for express delivery do take into account that this is more than twice as expensive as the service we normally use. Invoices over £50 are carriage free in the UK.
Delivery Schedule We will usually despatch your order within 24 hours. You will normally receive your order within 5 working days. International orders are generally received in under 28 days.
Back Orders Back Orders If your ordered item is not in stock, we will inform you and back order it for you.
Tax Charges All book orders are currently VAT free, other items include VAT at 17.5%.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
